Holding Space

The act of walking alongside another person in whatever journey they are on without judging them, making them feel inadequate, trying to fix them, or trying to impact the outcome. When we hold space for other people, we open our heart, offer unconditional support, and let go of judgement and control.

About

Your healing journey begins...

I am a trauma informed, licensed professional counselor who has experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in treating those who are struggling with trauma disorders, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy utilizing talk therapy, trauma focused therapy, and techniques that are specific to you in order to help you reclaim your voice and agency. Taking time to build a therapeutic relationship consisting of mutual respect, trust, and honesty is very important to me.
